Summary: The only thing what was excellent, the pool. Really 2 pools, what you can use anytime. Otherwise the guys who work there are very kind, but they don’t know anything about european hospitality or hotel management. We got towels just on the second day, we always had to wait for the food, on the first night , for more than 2 hours. The breakfast is from 9. If we sat down to the table at 9, we got it 9:45-10am. Sometimes there is no electricity and no water, and no air conditioning. No daily cleaning. They ordered us the airport taxi for 4 pm, at 4:40 a little car arrived arrived, but we were 9. Hardly they get another car at 5pm. It was very annoying. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so don’t try it if you don’t have a car. You could not go to a shop or anywhere. There are no nets on the windows, great bugs are inside including cockroaches. In Europe this hotel would not be allowed to work, it is Africa. If you are up for it, it could be perfect. The garden and the pools are beautiful, we loved that.
