Summary: was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service at the hotel. Nora went above and beyond to make sure our stay very pleasant and enjoyable she really was a rockstar. Thank u nora for everything and every step u did for us definitely will be coming again and i really recommend this place for families especially families with kids and also i want to mention sara for the best accommodation and customer service , i dont want to forget about chef kamal he was amazing and the food was very very delicious with a plenty of food variety . Thank to all staff including the bellmen housekeeper 👍👍🙂🙂🙂
