Summary: Convenient and safe location. 30 minutes from the Superdome. A couple food options close by. Arrived and their system was down but the young man working the desk was very nice and got us in our room quickly. The room was very clean and already nice and cool. AC worked great. Tv had Netflix capabilities. We had a king suite with sofa bed and kitchenette. The pullout was not great, but the king bed was super comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean. Lots of kitchen accessories included. Bathroom was good with a walk in shower and provided toiletries. Our view of the pool was great and while we didn’t swim - the pool itself looked very nice. Breakfast buffet was milk, juice, coffee, bacon, scrambled eggs, quiche, assorted pastries, cereal, and a waffle maker. Food wasn’t bad for it to be free. The only con really was one elevator was broken and the other was very slow. Had the hotel been fully booked it would’ve taken a long time getting up and down. Would definitely stay here again.
