Positive: The room we wound up in was very nice, very comfortable

Negative: First room we had , refrigerator didnt work, and although we had 2 TV's only one had a remote and was hooked up to service. Someone removed the cable from the tv to the wall Also first room the sofa was covered in stains Also I booked and paid for the room a week prior to arriving , only to find out they were all taken
