Review Score: 8

Summary: Room was nice and clean. No staff on site to help with questions. We had a hard time checking in and took almost 30 minutes to get it resolved over the phone. If you book through hotels.com make sure you get your check in information in advance since no one actually works at the hotel and can help you.
