Positive: We liked the breakfast - there was a wide variety of cuisines / options and the pastries in particular were exceptional. The door men were lovely.

Negative: The staff were dismissive / rude, getting service anywhere was incredibly slow (especially by the pool) where the staff mainly argued amongst themselves instead of serving guests. Freezing cold / non heated swimming pool out side - broken sauna.
