Positive: Very slow check in process, after waiting so long the employee left as her work time finished and we had to wait for the new shift , the room was worn out the carpet was not clean , smells cigarette, I asked for iron 3 time and arrived 1 hour later , they changed our rooms to cleaner but smaller rooms , the staff was very nice but they do not handle services professionally

Negative: Rooms has to be renovated

Summary: Not interested to go back to the hotel
