Positive: - Very good location. - The restaurant staff were excellent and always happy to help. - Breakfast was great every morning. - Room service was quick and reliable. - The hotel facilities were very good and the property is well maintained.

Negative: The main issue was the reception and concierge service. I waited around an hour to check in and nobody really attended to me. During my stay, I asked for a few items and was told the concierge would arrange them, but I never received them and nobody followed up. I also found the reception staff to be quite cold and not very welcoming, which was disappointing considering how helpful the restaurant staff were.

Summary: Good hotel and great restaurant staff, but the reception and concierge service need significant improvement.
