Positive: The location and the space was excellent.

Negative: The staff were inefficient not to say incompetent. We booked an apartment for 5pax but the apartment only had 4 beds and not even bedding for a 5th person. They were totally unprepared. When we arrived there were no towels at all, one roll of toilet paper, very modest equipment in the kitchen, kettle not working. Anything we asked for took hours to come, came incomplete or did not arrive at all. We had ordered a taxi for the airport the night before our departure, it did not arrive nore was there anyone at reception to organise another one for us. Therefore getting to the airport became highly stressful. The service was wholly insufficient.
