Upon check-in, you must present the credit card used to make the reservation, this rule is imposed by the cmi (moroccan interbank center), in case of early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged, please note that when booking more than 7 rooms, additional charges, different cancelation policies and different payment methods may apply, we would like to inform our muslim guests that during the month of ramadan, the included breakfast will automatically be replaced by "sehour" as compensation and not by "ftour", a compulsory gala dinner is included in the half board rate for the 31st of december . the rates of the gala dinner are based on room type and occupancy (guests sleeping in extra beds will be charged separately), please note that the bar and the spa are closed during the month of ramadan.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
