Summary: Property needs work. Sun deck on above boat lift was closed due to rioting wood? Toilet kept running needs new float valve. Had to call to mow lawn which took 3 days to actually show up. The lawn should be mowed at least weekly. Garage had stuff all over the place, needed to be organized. The grill should have been replaced at least a year ago and needs to be upgraded to a gas grill. Will not rent again.
