Summary: The first room was not good. Leaking walls when showering, yellow stains on shower curtain, and something in the sheets caused a rash. The lady we dealt most often with was incredible. She knew how to correct issues. She offered a new room and allowed us to inspect it before moving in. She knew how to resolve situations and was the best part of the stay. The owner / manager (Nick) could have taken a few lessons from his team. He was abrasive and rude, but we didn't have to see him often which actually improved the stay.
