Summary: The bedding had worn pillowcases and a top sheet not made for a king size bed. The towels and washcloths were dingy, thin, and stained. The carpet was not thoroughly vacuumed any where in the hotel. The coffee maker in our room and the tray it sat on were filthy. I could go on and on. It certainly was not as I expected based on staying there a few years ago. It is a hotel sorely in need of updating and maintenance. One bright spot was the employee who checked us in, provided a missing towel, and came to our room to get the TV working. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. He was there the afternoon and evening of October 17. We will never stay at this Quality Inn again.
