Positive: Karim is a lovely caring host and his wife is the most amazing cook. Nothing was too much trouble. The guided walks were truly amazing. Thanks you.

Negative: Unfortunately we arrived during an unseasonably cold spell. 10 degrees colder than the average temperature. We expected cold nights and the daytime was perfect for hiking. However, the lack of heating in the communal and dining areas was difficult. Fortunately Karim provided an oil filled radiator for our room so we kept our bedroom warm after the first night. He tried his best with fire but it was only sufficient to huddle round. If it had been warmer we would have given 10/10
