Positive: Staff were superb. Hadhoum and Aziz did everything to accommodate us. They even provided a free room upgrade due to it being our honeymoon trip. Walid and the other waiter were also first class. This was a bit of a random place to stay on our trip but you won't regret a few nights here to explore the mountains and Ourika valley. Lastly, the food in the hotel is delicious. Only issue is it takes time if you order tagine as it's fresh and takes time to make. Do not go to the restaurant at the bottom of the hill unless you want pizza for lunch because the Moroccan food was way inferior to Kasbah Agounsane.
