Summary: Swimming pool has very slippery floors, not cleaned, now lounge towels available both days and opened 20+ minutes after advertised open times today….. Room layouts are weird with wash basin in the middle, shower floors slippery too and caused me to slip up. Breakfast there is annoying, you press flat white or cappuccino and the machines give you hot chocolate….. also the toaster it terrible (it takes about 10 minutes to toast 2 slices of white bread (no exaggeration) 👎 Definitely not enough customer parking and staff need to learn more customer service for sure. I’d never go back, not worth the price at all.
