Negative: The guy at the front desk, Rupaul was rude. He was rude when we were checking in. Does not know how to talk to people. He was rude when we asked for an extra pillow. He claimed that there wasn’t any extra pillows. Then when I ordered DoorDash, he was rude to me and the DoorDash driver. He called my room and said I had to come downstairs to get my food in a rude manner.

Summary: I would not go back because of the guy at the front desk
