Summary: First room I was in the ac was leaking on the inside of the room. Went to the front desk told the lady. She had to come check and see it before she gave me another room. Even though I took pictures and videos. Put me in another room finally. The second room the light kept shorting out flickering on and off. The floors looked like the place was flooded prior and the amount of mold on the shower curtain. Their white towels had black spots on them. The cleaning lady took my personal towels (a pink one and a white with pink bows) out my room. Had to go ask for them back and I got them back.
