This special place is a very nice and luxury set up at a prime location in the Woodlands. However, we have a few additional rules for guest to stay at the e house!
Parking rules:
No more than 5 cars to be parked at or around the house!
Do not park at neighbor side!
Please respect our neighbors' privacy by not entering their property under any circumstances, as trespassing is strictly prohibited with no exceptions.

Pool rules:
• Pool is open from 8a-10p
• Use of the pool is at your own risk. Each guest is required to sign a liability waiver. • There is no lifeguard on duty. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries
• No diving
• No children under 14 allowed in or around the pool without adult supervision
• Pool fence should be installed in place at all times and guests should ensure the gate is closed
• No glass in the pool or on the surrounding pool deck
Be considerate of neighbors—no yelling or other loud noises
• No animals allowed in the pool
• No running, pushing or other dangerous horseplay
Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am-our house is in a residential neighborhood and our guests must be respectful:
• No music outdoors
• No screaming or other loud noises
• No use of the pool or jacuzzi
Violation of the rules will be subject to fine and lawsuit from Vrbo and us!
To maintain the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay, we offer the option to enhance your experience with access to the tub's hot water for a nominal fee of $60 for the entire duration of your stay. Please inform us in advance so we may arrange this luxurious amenity for your enjoyment.
