Summary: Very clean room! No bugs or cobwebs. No carpet on floors is a plus for cleanliness. Staff is courteous, efficient, and accommodating to reasonable requests where possible. The one fly in the ointment is the amount of street noise that came through the closed outside door. But setting the HVAC to 'constant fan' provided enough white noise to cover it up and allow peaceful uninterrupted sleep.
