Summary: Great location for proximity to walk to local eateries and short drive to Birmingham Sailing Club. Comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Parking is a challenge, but possible parallel to the home. View from the back is beautiful. Front of the home is storage area for Marina on a narrow circular road. Owner/Mgr. was immediately responsive with any questions.
