Summary: It was very busy. The staff always seemed busy and didn't seem very customer focused. Seemed to be quite an effort to get a table for food time which shouldn't be seeing as they should be used to the volume of people and it offers an all-inclusive service. The kids entertainment was nice. Overall, a just above par customer service experience.
