Positive: Everything. The hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing, but what truly made our stay special was the staff. We spent our 10-year anniversary here and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The team were exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We were completely spoilt by the level of thought and care shown throughout. And the food in the hotel was exceptional!

Negative: It is quite far out of the city, so you can’t easily grab a standard taxi from town unless it’s a larger van taxi, and some tours were reluctant to pick us up from the hotel. That said, the staff were amazing and very responsive — you can simply WhatsApp them and they will arrange a pickup (for an additional charge), which made it easy.

Summary: An unforgettable anniversary stay with exceptional food, outstanding service, and genuinely caring staff.
