Positive: Good central location. Very friendly staff with clean room.

Negative: No coffee machine or any cooking facilities, or laundry. (There is shop near by to drop off clothes to be washed. Overnight service.) Also, the hotel is right next to a billiards hall, which is very loud until midnight.
