Summary: An ok hotel for the price paid. However, you can get a better place to stay in the vicinity with £10-£15 more per night. In terms of service - for a family of 4, we were only provided two towels as this is kind of their policy. I had to ask at least 10 times for 2 more towels. They don’t allow any take away food in hotel room which was a surprise considering apart from single ok state highly expensive restaurant, there are no much options to eat in the hotel. Room was in ok condition.
