Positive: The young lady at the front desk was amazing! We had driven overnight, came in around 10 am,we were not only able to check in immediately, she gave us all the info we could have needed for full weekend. She wrote out a list of restaurants that weren't the normal tourist spots, gave us the list opening weekend activities for Mardi Gras that we didn't even know was starting. I wish my terrible memory would allow me to recall the young ladies name, but she was working the morning of Friday January 30th she needs a raise. We were apprehensive about staying at the location but this young lady put us directly at ease, made us feel more than welcome and made our 1st trip to New Orleans so much easier. Thank you again to that young lady.

Negative: The bed is in serious need of replacement, the springs were pushing against the little padding that remained. The shower had no pressure and took 10mins to get luke warm. Heater needed to be cranked up to warm even a small area in front of it, really could do with a deep cleaning of the filter and bottom.
