Summary: I booked a king suite and when I got there they said they only had a room with 2 queen beds bc they were remodeling the whole first floor! First of all, there is NOTHING on the website that says they’re remodeling. We wouldn’t have picked a hotel going through renovations! Second, all the pictures show new rooms which we certainly did not get. There were ants in the bathroom, there was only a 20” tv, the hallway carpet was filthy, and the entertainment center was all scratched up. Lastly, I’ve never been talked to so condescendingly just bc we booked through a “third party”. They kept saying well there’s nothing we can do bc you booked through a third party. That basically means we only take care of our Holiday Inn members. I have never been treated so disrespectfully.
