Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The atmosphere was pleasant. The coffee in the lobby was good. The room had nice dove soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion and there was makeup remover. Staff was great. It was clean. There was free breakfast but we checked out before we got to try it.

Negative: The pool and hot tub are under renovation until 3/14/26 or possibly later knowing how construction can go. Booking.com did not tell us that until after it was too late to cancel. Not holiday inn's fault.
