Summary: We stayed 3 nights at Hickory Falls Guesthouse while visiting the Hendersonville area during leaf season. We were on the second floor looking out at the falls. The room was clean, but on the smaller side. We had 2 adults and 2 kids staying and it was a little cramped for us. Everything was very clean and had what we needed for our short stay. It is an older property, but from our experience it seems everything is well maintained. The walls must be well insulated because the guesthouse was full on 2 nights of our stay and we didn’t hear anyone. It’s convenient to Chimney Rock State Park and Chimney Rock Village, but if you plan to spend time in Hendersonville or Pisgah, plan to drive 20 minutes to an hour to reach some of the sights in the area. Most of the shops and restaurants in Chimney Rock close fairly early so plan to visit those places earlier in the day or have alternate dining plans closer to Hendersonville. Debbie at the front desk was super nice and helpful! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
