Summary: Very pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out were both very smooth, and the complimentary breakfast was ample and well-stocked. Room was clean -- the only issue was a towel rack that was poorly installed and fell off the wall during our stay. Location is perfect if you need to be in Dover, Rochester, or event Portsmouth (about a 10-15 minute drive). No frills, but very warm and welcoming.
