We have a fence surrounding the yard, which is sufficient to keep normal-sized dogs contained. However, please be cautious if you have smaller dogs, as they may be able to escape. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during your stay.

Summary: Very dissatisfied with stay especially once you factor in the cost. A few issues with the stay:1) Property was not very clean and there were dead bugs, spiders, and ants all over the house and in the bathtub. I brought this issue to the host who did promptly respond and said that housekeeping would come; however, housekeeping did not actually clean the home again. Someone came to spray some pesticides. There is also an odor to the home.2) More of an FYI, but there is no central air.3) The listing states a 50 pet fee but we were actually charged 150. The yard is not very pet friendly as there is a huge gap in the fence. Would not return.
