Summary: Why was getting 2 bottles of water so difficult? 2 were provided as a welcome, but the two other times that I came to the desk asking for bottled water I was made to feel very uncomfortable, as if I were being greedy. I was traveling with an infant, and the water was to make a formula. I was told that there was water available in the gymnasium! Seriously Over bottled water. I’m actually considering not returning to this property and I’ve stayed there for over 10 years because it’s located so close to my daughter‘s home in Tampa.
