Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The website advertised a hot tub. When we got there, it was covered with tile and not useable so we tried the pool. The pool temperature was so cold that we couldn't swim. The bed was comfortable and the showers were clean and hot. We were awakened twice by teenagers running through the halls screaming. When we checked out, the desk person gave me a stamp to send a postcard to my Mom. When we checked the bill, it was $35.00 more than our Booking.com reservation! All in all, we had a good time in Alton and know that advertising can be misleading. Thank you Fairfield Inn,
