Positive: Breakfast each day was fresh, good food with a well-stocked good selection to satisfy multiple morning cravings.

Negative: My paid-in full ahead payment method through booking.com was denied at the hotel and I had to use an alternative payment when check in. I had to call the hotel a week later to settle a double charge to two payment methods for this one stay. It was resolved but it was inconvenient to say the least…and what if I didn’t have another method of payment when it was already paid in full ahead of time.

Summary: Our stay in Nashville was fantastic and could have been much longer to explore the area more!
