Summary: When I arrived, I saw some lowly looking people smoking in the parking lot and looked like the couple across the way were living there because these rooms all have full kitchens So, my guess is a number of people live there with some kind of government assistance. Breakfast was meager and coffee ran out. Area was safe, but I just got bad vibes from some of the people at the hotel. At least they didn't ask questions about me having a dog.
