Summary: Lobby restrooms were in poor condition probably due to it being Thanksgiving evening and NFL football fans overloading the lobby area…My daughter and her family have all come down with the flu or a virus that those of us who didn’t spend the night in your hotel did not get…we were all together Thursday until 6 pm…after that my daughter, husband & son went to Embassy Suites…she said she had to go up to her room to use the restroom bc those in the lobby needed attention. Breakfast muffins didn’t look so fresh either.
