Positive: I liked the price, though compared to past visits, it went up quite a bit. I liked the easy access to my car out back. I liked the back door always unlocked. The room was decent. The lady at the front desk was helpful and pleasant.

Negative: The bathroom is too small. The bathroom door rubbed against the floor in my room. The bedspread is way old and old-fashioned, and needs to be replaced with a solid color. Same with drapes. A vending machine with actual food - like sandwiches- would be nice. Milk, too. A microwave in the room would be good. The location is not close to very much, although access to Route 106 through Hicksville is good. The last time I visited, a year ago, the man at the front desk was not very pleasant. However at this last visit, the woman at the desk was very friendly and accommodating. You need to always have people working there who are like that.
