Summary: The staff assured me the elevator would work so that my 85 year old disabled mother could get up and down from second floor. It did not work at checkout and I had to get my mom on floor and drag her down stairs step by step. Staff refused to get elevator fixed and did not know how to get mom down to car TERRIBLE The queen bed in our room had a giant bowling ball sized hole in it. Mattresses not secure and slide off bed every time you get in.
