We are avid travelers and self-proclaimed lovers of the Gulf Coast! Our home is located in a cozy cul-de-sac neighborhood. We are minutes from downtown Ocean Springs and beaches, casinos and wildlife.

Check in is any time after 4pm on the day of arrival. Please access the key using the lockbox located on the front door. The code is ____.
Absolutely NO smoking of any kind on the property.
No pets are permitted whatsoever.
There is a RING doorbell camera on the property. It is used as a doorbell camera only. There are no interior cameras. There will eventually be exterior cameras installed to monitor the property.
The living room TV is a ROKU enabled tv with streaming capabilities. You will need to login to any streaming services you subscribe to in order to stream shows and movies. Please be sure to log out at the end of your stay.
The first bedroom on the left in the hallway has an Amazon firestick-enabled TV - log in to your applications to stream your favorite shows and movies. Please remember to log out at the conclusion of your stay.
The tv in the third bedroom is not yet working with streaming services.
The thermostat is located at the end of the hallway. Please do not set the thermostat to lower than 70 degrees during summer months. The AC unit is large enough to keep the home cool at 70 degrees - we do not want to overwork the unit during the hot Gulf Coast summers. Please remember to turn the thermostat back to 75 degrees when you depart.
The master bedroom closet contains a beach bag with a few beach towels. Please feel free to use them during your stay.
Laundry (washer and dryer) are located in the garage. Please feel free to use them during your stay but be sure to take any clothing items with you when you leave. Any clothing items left behind will be donated to Goodwill.
Bath towels are located under the bathroom sinks for your convenience. Please do not bring bath towels to the beach.
A dishwasher is available for your use; detergent pods are located under kitchen sink.
The outdoor back patio has string lights for your enjoyment. Please use the orange extension cord and plug them in using the interior outlet (you can close the door with the cord running inside). Please do not leave them plugged in when you are not enjoying them.
Your guest keys only include a front door key. You may unlock and use the back door into the back yard, but you do not have a back door key. Please remember to lock all doors upon leaving the property and take your keys with you during your stay. There will be a $200 fee for lost keys/key replacement.
At the conclusion of your stay, please do the following things to complete the checkout process (please check out by noon on day of checkout):
1) place all USED towels and sheets in one of the laundry baskets (located in the master bedroom closet) and place full laundry basket by the interior door leading to the garage. Please do not leave in the garage as it is not temperature-controlled space.
2) Please take out all full trash bags and place them in the outside bins (side of house). Recyclables go in the yellow-lidded trashcan.
3) Turn the AC back to 75 degrees (during the summer) and 65 degrees (during the winter) when you are completing your stay.
4) Load the dishwasher with any dishes/utensils used and start the dishwasher before you leave. Detergent pods are located under the kitchen sink.
5) Return key to lockbox and adjust the code so the box locks.
