Summary: Check in was fine. The hotel is dirty. We found two insects in our room, one dead in the windowsill area and one alive on the side of my bed. The carpets were stained badly. Breakfast was almost nonexistent at 8:55 am (supposed to be open until 9:30 am). It appears there is very little help or not enough staff so I don't think it is their fault. I stayed here because I thought it would be clean and a decent place to stay since I have stayed at Country Inn and Suites for at least 20 years. This was extremely subpar compared to other Country Inn and Suites that I have been to in the past!! It definitely was not worth $94 plus the taxes. I could have spent $66 for a better room in the town of Somerset. It was just dirty. The staff were the only decent part of the stay.
