Positive: The aesthetics of the hotel, the room, the bathroom, the restaurant, breakfast, staff at breakfast time, reception staff - Fatima in particular, who I had some conversations with as well as the other two girls, all lovely and very friendly and welcoming - they were all smiles and could speak English, which is a plus. I will book again for sure next time I visit Tétouan.

Negative: The fact the bedroom and bathroom didn't have enough pegs to hang clothes. I found myself struggling to find a place to dry my towel. There needs to be a heater of some sort or some places where one can hang their clothes to dry. Also, really didn't think the doorman did the hotel justice. He really failed the hotel by not doing his job. He was always on his phone or just in his own thoughts when we came in or when we were leaving. Now I get that opening the door ourselves isn't exactly difficult, but that was literally what he was hired to do, and he was not doing his job. Very unprofessional and should be replaced if he doesn't fix up. The heater in the room wasn't working properly either.
