Positive: The manager provided dinner and breakfast although there's no restaurant on site.

Negative: Very difficult to assess: the place was deserted apart from a manager and a caretaker. The hallways were dusty and in poor repair; there's also new construction underway. In sum, basic services only (and the wifi was non-functional).
