Positive: What an amazing find. We landed in Agadir, needed a place to spend one night and received such a warm welcome with unlimited hospitality after a tiring day of travel. Saadd, who was on reception and night duty was an excellent example of hospitality in action. As this was our first venture to Morocco, he was fantastic at ensuring our understanding of local custom and prices (ensuring we were aware & not over-charged), his dining location suggestion was top notch. The hotel was spotless, had a good sized room. The beds were wonderfully firm and even two choices of pillows (one firm and one soft- talk of attention to detail), it was quiet and the air-con worked well. There were also spare blankets available. The shower was both hot and powerful, the towels white and fluffy. The location was quiet and only a 20 minute stroll to the amazing beach. We could not have hoped for anything better, and regret only staying for one night. We hope the rest of our stays in Morocco meet the standards set here.

Negative: Everything was perfect. If forced to find a negative, the bus from the airport did not drop us close enough to the hotel. That is a transport issue however, the hotel had offered to arrange a taxi if we wished.
