Negative: Very noisy, lack of any sound proofing- much noisier than the average hotel room (both street noise and hallway/ adjacent rooms I paid in full on this site. I pointed this out at check in and it was acknowledged, however my held credit card was charged in full at the location at checkout. I called later that day of checkout to bring this to their attention and was told it would be credited back should show up on my card in 2-3 business days. It did not and I called again two more times - both times the desk staff acknowledged that there was a double payment and that their manager would fix it. After about 3 weeks of no communication or return of funds, I submitted a dispute through my credit card company. The funds were then promptly refunded. Bringing this up once, with correction of the error, would have been an accident and is understandable. Bringing it up four times with complete lack of follow through on the part of hotel management is disregard for guests at best , or possibly intentional fraud.

Summary: Do not recommend.
