Do you want to watch beautiful sunrises in the morning over the water? This home is for you. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom or sitting on the pier. Take a swim in the sound or fish from the dock. Have your own boat, the boat ramp is around the corner. There is a large shelter that is wonderful for family cookouts. You are about 30 minutes from either Elizabeth City or Edenton.
Bring your own paddle boats or kayaks to enjoy the sound. Water is only about 3 ft deep at the dock. There is a fire pit on site.
Blink security cameras in use that cover the driveway and front and back entrances.

Summary: The views are amazing we watched dolphins swim through the sound from the dock. We spent countless hours fishing from the dock and enjoying the beautiful weather and quiet neighborhood. One of the all around best places we have stayed. Wish we could have stayed a couple days longer. Will definitely rebook in future. Phyllis is an amazing and attentive owner, with an amazing story!
