Summary: When I went to check in, I had two rooms reserved and I was told that they let someone check into my room without verifying they were in my party and without having their name on file. The person just said I’m with the group with the two rooms and they gave him a key. So instead of having our rooms next to each other, our rooms were far apart. I did not leave any person‘s name that had the authority to check in under my name, but they allowed it.
