Summary: I was unable to stay at my requested hotel because Hotels.com overbooked my reservation. Despite a lengthy conversation, your reservation center was unable to find an alternate hotel within 50 miles. I ended up finding a room on my own that was over 300 miles away. I made this reservation for 10/13/23 well in advance so I would have a room to stay in for the annular solar eclipse on 10/14/23
