and screened in porch that seamlessly infuses the indoor with the outdoor! Located just 30 minutes outside of Nashville in the quiet town of Pleasant View, this charming southern oasis will surely steal your heart!
*The pool is now closed for the 2025 season but will open up again in the warmer spring months of 2026*

There is space for four cars in front of the home. Please do not park in front of the garage to the left of the long drive. (Please note that on occasion the owner of the home may pull up to the back of the property to access work materials from their shop. They will be discreet and ensure not to disturb guests.)

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Summary: My wife and I stayed at the Oasis as a getaway. It was perfect. As we stayed in August, the weather was very hot but the pool was the perfect size. The sun hits on the pool all day. The entire house stayed cool, and that’s amazing because the house is huge. We cooked at the house every night and the host stocked the house with plenty of towels and washcloths. They even left us multiple pool towels. They communicated with us the entire time and responded quickly to all our texts.I will be looking to stay at any house from staylocal hosts.
