Positive: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Marriott Taghazout Bay pour célébrer nos 4 ans de mariage, et nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe, en particulier Mme Hanae ainsi que les autres membres du personnel, pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur attention. Bien que nous les ayons simplement informés de l’occasion à notre arrivée, ils nous ont réservé une adorable surprise : des cocktails, un délicieux gâteau au restaurant, puis une magnifique carte de vœux personnalisée avec la photo de notre petit chien, qui nous accompagnait. Ce geste nous a profondément touchés et a rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable. L’hôtel est magnifique, la piscine est très agréable, le petit-déjeuner était excellent et le service irréprochable. Merci encore à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Negative: Petit mot aux futurs voyageurs : cet hôtel accueille les animaux de compagnie, ce qui est un vrai plus. Respectons cet esprit pet-friendly avec bienveillance. Tous les animaux présents ne dérangent pas forcément les autres lorsqu’ils respectent les règles, et un peu de tolérance permet à chacun de profiter pleinement de son séjour.
