Sail away into your next vacation in this bright and spacious 2-bedroom 2.5 bath townhome nestled in the Sailmaster Commons complex located in Shipyard Plantation. Right inside the home is a closet for easy storage as well as the 1st floor powder room. The kitchen is a galley style kitchen with plenty of countertop space. The laundry room is located through the kitchen with both a full-size washer and dryer. Beautiful wood floors accommodate the great room. A dining room table with seating for 6 as well as a bay window with lush landscape make for a great place to have your next family meal. The living room offers a flat screen TV, as well as a comfy sectional sofa and 2 arm chairs making plenty of seating for the whole family. Through the sliding glass door is a private patio with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy a night a la fresco and a gas grill to cook up those hot dogs and hamburgers!
