The home was originally built in the 1920s and a full gut renovation down to the studs was completed in June 2023.
The home is 2 miles to DT, BOK Center, Cox, Tulsa Arts District, Cain's, Brady Theater, and ONEOK.
There are 5 bedrooms and 8 beds. The home is 2,000 square feet. There are two King Suite each one separate floors from the main living area. The door to the balcony in the upstairs master does not open.
Yard and Deck: The yard has some steep areas. The multi-level deck is at a high height on all sides and there are retaining walls with large rocks, please do not climb onto the retaining wall areas outside of the fenced yard and deck. For your safety, please do not sit on the deck railings. Please also do not go under the deck. Guests must supervise children at all times for their safety. Stairs are required to access different levels on the deck. Please be careful opening your car doors when close to the stones on the retaining wall.
You will be sent codes for keyless entry.
We have a ring video doorbell (video and audio) on a post at the front of the deck stairs when you pull in the driveway, a ring video doorbell (video and audio) at the entrance door and a ring motion detector floodlight (video and audio) at the front of the house overlooking the parking area

The Owen Park neighborhood was established in 1910 and was included on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999. The neighborhood is a historic district with some of the oldest homes in Tulsa. Revitalization is in progress. You will see a mix of homes from those that have not been updated in decades (and are in need of work) to newer renovations and occasionally even some new construction. Please be advised that if you want to be in a neighborhood with all new and updated homes then this neighborhood might not be to your liking. Our home however has been fully updated and is new throughout. Most people do love being in one of Tulsa's oldest neighborhoods! The oldest surviving house in Tulsa is in Owen Park.
